Balti is a fascinating cooking utensil which infuses the flavour and taste of its cooking contents. We at Pathila use freshly ground spice and herbs, fine paste garlic, ginger, sweet onion, pepper, to complement the exotic taste of secrets.

The biriany dishes are medium spiced, cooked with long grain Basmati rice and spices, garnished with golden fried onions, served with mixed vegetable curry.
