Balti is a fascinating cooking utensil which infuses the flavour and taste of its cooking contents. We at Pathila use freshly ground spice and herbs, fine paste garlic, ginger, sweet onion, pepper, to complement the exotic taste of secrets.

Cooked with fine almond and sparkling apple juice in a mild creamy sauce.
